I have been insanely busy lately. As in, I think I've had about 6 minutes to myself in the past 6 days or so, and things aren't looking too good for the next couple of days. Last week I was frantically getting ready to go to Wisconsin for a surprise 40th wedding anniversary for my aunt and uncle. We left Thursday afternoon and returned very late last night. This morning I had to be up early for my first day of my second 2-week externship at another local veterinary clinic. We were slammed all day, and I am exhausted (but also feeling exhilarated!) with everything we did today. I think I'm going to have a wonderful time at this clinic, but I believe it is going to be busy days and lots of hard work.
I swear I'll try to organize a post one of these days. I have done nothing since Fandango with poor Jasper, and I'm hoping he's getting fat in the pasture (I haven't had time to stop by since we got back). Add to all of this the fact I've got a senior paper to finish researching and write, and I'm full-up!!
